For the last year or so I have been stuffing and overeating on purpose. Obviously, this has begun to take its toll on my weight. I have gone from about 138 to 175. I now want to stop overeating, but the "pull" is really strong. I have been trying to stop since I was at around 160. That was the highest I had ever wanted to get up to, but I have kept gaining even though I have been fighting it. Has anybody ever had this problem? Or does anyone know how to deal with it? I really don't want to keep gaining, but I am feeling kind of hopeless right now. I liked gaining at first but never wanted to be over 160.

Any thoughts?
