    I walked about three miles during work hours today. - High rep Total gym workout. Covered most muscle groups. Added a few climbing intervals as well.

    Total gym circuit - upping the difficulty a bit, but still trying to approach muscle fatigue nearing failure. Added a few plyo style reps in today. Back up to 65 pushups in a minute Added in a few Maxiclimber intervals as a finisher.

    Changed up the Total Gym to include high reps until near failure days. Also checked my one minute push up max. I'm back up to 64 in a minute which is a good sign. Still enjoying the sliding bench overall. Just need a new cardio routine.

    Bought a used Total Gym for 200 bucks. Tried this workout tonight, and mostly enjoyed it. The upper body movements were particularly tough for me. Going to make this my regular strength tool for a bit.
