Weight gain and incontinence
I actually has physical therapy that strengthened my pelvic floor so I no longer have this problem. (I had twins). Talk to you OBGYN to see if it's an option for you.- Green Eyed Fairy

Hurricane Helena traveled inland has wreaked havoc where I live in Asheville NC. Hurricanes aren't supposed to get this far into the mountains and even into Tennessee.
