    Haven't posted in a good while. I haven't had the time to get to the gym to workout;but, I manage to get a decent workout with Kettlebells. My early morning routine consist of the following : 1. 50 Kettlebell swings 2. 50 military presses with resistance bands ( for tendon strength)
