I'm stuck around 260 lbs (18 stone 8 lbs) which is less than I'd hoped for at this stage. I'm over-eating for sure but rarely to the point of feeling too uncomfortable. Yes that's the whole problem, downtown parking used to be mainly free about 3 decades ago where I am. Then the authority got greedy and the parking lots were sold to developers - so now we have lots of things like cinemas, bowling alleys, coffee shops and seedy bars. An in town retail store - many have gone because they can't compete with internet prices. There are some out of town retail parks to compensate but you need a vehicle to get there and not everyone in the UK drives, especially older folks.
