just thought id chime in, since ive been relatively quiet and all on the forums...but im around the baltimore/annapolis area.... and richmond area is around the median in affordability, but cheaper than houston :)- xenadrine

Weight Gain Shake Recipes
if you mix "weight gainers" (like from gnc) and mix it with whole milk, that will pack it on. Some have over 1,000 calories per scoop, so with the milk its close to 2,000, and its relatively "healthy". :eat1:- xenadrine
