How hot is it where you are?

It got up to a high of 68 so far today... the sun is currently in hiding. It's felt like October the last few days. This pic pretty much sums it up.

What Are You Listening To? Redux

Raphael Saadiq - Stone Rollin'! This song is just freakin' hot in every way. Feels like a theme song, even.

Mac v PC - The Great Debate

I say try them both out. Windows 7 and OS X are both pretty damn polished and easy to use. The big pro on a windows lappy is that you can get better hardware (as far as specs go) for a lower price than a macbook. My key pro and cons for Macbooks would be these: +the macbooks really...

What Are You Listening To? Reloaded :D

That track is originally from the "I am Sam" soundtrack.. which is one of the better beatles cover albums out there, at least that I've heard.

What Are You Listening To? Reloaded :D

I recently discovered the mashup artist Girl Talk. I'm not so much into current pop music, but his last two albums are pretty damn well put together. The guy throws in some obscure stuff, too. I'm also mentioning it, because it's currently free (if you don't want to donate) and legal (!)...

    Free Anti Virus Software?

As far as freeware, I've installed avast on several friends' computers.. it's excellent software, and you can renew your free trial once it expires. if the system is already pretty mucked up with something nasty, it's often better to just re-install the os and start with a clean slate.

    BBW Clubs in Seattle?

I've just gotta second what Elle has said. If anything else ever gets going, I'd like to know!

What Are You Listening to Thread- Revisited ;)

Just got ahold of The Avett Brothers "Emotionalism" album.. Great album! It's good, otherwise I wouldn't bother posting about it. (folksy rock)

FA poll - Are you bi-sizual?

I made the original post that sparked the whole preference debate.. maybe because my sense of definition is off? Anyway.. I gotta say that it irked me (a little bit, anyway) that a persons true preferences would come into question because of dating history. To me, it should be a...

FA poll - Are you bi-sizual?

Indeed... though I've gotta say that I'm surprised a guys (or girls) range of preference would matter all that much, really. Say you're a girl, and a guy is completely smitten with ya.. should it matter who he's found attractive enough to date in the past?

FA poll - Are you bi-sizual?

I had to cast my vote as "bi-sizual" for this one.. Even though I'm generally not attracted to skinnies.. I can't say I'm not open otherwise. Depends on your definition of "fat", I'd guess, though.. to me, fat is a big part of why there's such a wide range of sizes and body types out there!

Feeling "Out Of Place" At Dimensions

Reading through it all, it doesn't seem like you should have anything to worry about, DJ. Really.. it might be better to still be on the lower side of the scale when single.. at least that way you don't have to worry about any of your dates having a monetary agenda!

FAs: How do you feel about your preference?

I had to vote "I love it!" ..because how can you not love loving what you love, whatever your "type"? Life might be easier otherwise.. but eh, it's really not worth being too self-conscious about.

    How d'ya take ya coffee?

Just a percolator.. but a damn cute one. Supposedly the manufacturer name is "kahve".

    How d'ya take ya coffee?

I've been using a french press for 5 years or so now.. I like it over drip, and it's convenient. Though, I'd swap my press for one of these once I see one available.. just cause they have such a slick form.
