Any guess how old these are?

I was at a thrift store today & saw these...not exactly the most flattering of packaging...Chubby chick & then "for the extra large Girl, Outsize" What the hell is outsize? my guess of how old I would say the 70's some time based on how she is dressed. I doubt they will fit, but sure it will be funny to try.
