Anyone have experience with migraines?

I seriously haven't been able to get out of bed for the past 3 days.

I can't keep food down, I've been having the cold sweats, and my head is pounding like a kettle drum.

Any home remedies that I haven't thought of? Excedrin Migraine only does so much.
