I have a couple of suggestions, though perhaps not that serious:
1. Suggest or require that all public buildings and enterprises build individual and lockable restrooms, available to any who wish to use them. In our area, the new Hy-Vee grocery has done just that.
Problem: It gets the job done but doesn't further the cause.
2. Carry very visible urinals (if the NRA crowd can do it with guns, why can't people who need to relieve themselves), fill them when and where needed, and empty them where you damn well please. I know that there are laws against urinating in public - not sure where this would fit in.
3. Copy the French Pissoirs and make them uni-everything. I know a number of 'women', or at least, individuals with female apparatus, who can stand, let it fly, and hit the target as well as most guys.
