Hey everyone!! I sat down in my boyfriends recliner, more like ploped lol and their was a crack and 2 loud pops!! The seat sank down under me. Flipped the chair over and two springs are hanging down. Not sure if they are broke or just popped out... Anyone know what may have happened or how i can fix it???
