BBW, Imagery, Poetry - a celebration of the beauty of size

Hey Beautiful Fat Girl
--by Rebecca

(A fairly recent poem that I thought some might appreciate.)

hey beautiful fat girl
let's talk of is and isn't
i know they call you
mother earth
earth mother
mother
but it isn't fecundity i see
in the swells of you
and your curves are
sweet hot sex
but i don't call you my fetish
don't back-bus you
or give you labels to hide my shame
i don't love you for your
thunderous dancing
even as i love the dancing
and you
and the you of the dancing
because you are more than
your thighs
your size
though all the while,
they are parts of you too
and the shaking inside of me
is not subtle
when i see you
for you move my earth
and rattle the stars down
around me
like a gift
like the gift you are

I wish I could make words do that. Ahh well, back to playing with numbers. They're fun, but they're just so darn hard to make romantic and sweet.

Such creatvity as this, my friends, is why we have included the Fine Arts Archive in our Library.
That is where this contribution in due time will be placed after its initial display.

We would like to see other poems as well. We are NOT by any means limited to purely weight gain tales

a paen to liberated self-acceptance
actually it isn't about self acceptance. I *do* accept myself, but I wrote this about a beautiful fat girl that I love.

See, I like girls and guys. :)

OK - so is "a celebration of the beauty of size" a better summary?

(I try to please.)

It works perfectly. You've done great! I just hate the idea of negating the woman who inspired this. :)
