A cup of coffee and the Guardian crossword. I know caffeine isn't generally considered a de-stresser, but it works for me (providing I have my crossword).

I like to walk to reduce stress. Sometimes as little as a half hour. To me it works best if I follow some regiment.

Depending on the type of stress for me, whether its emotional, work, school, etc.

I usually walk for at least 8 miles. When I drive I go nearly 100 miles, but it depends on the music. Since the music sets the mood IMO.
