I need help gaining/ tips

    I weight 304.4 pounds and 6.1 and I want a nice big belly. But it barely hangs when I slouch. Any tips

    Up your sugar and grain intake. The best way to gain. Or simply reduce those to lose. Basically it's as simple as that.
    Your body needs energy to function. If you feed it sugar it will burn the sugar to provide energy. If you take away sugar you will lose. Grains and pasta are fantastic fillers and stay with you a long time. Pasta is especially good for wanting the bloated belly look.
    Don't forget to stop exercising.

    Milkshake. Because even if you dont feel like eating, a LOT of calories slip down so easy.

    Also, if you can, then do. Extra piece of chicken, large fries, mayo on everything possible. Always use butter in cooking etc. It all adds up.
    My colleague is a great help she keeps putting extra food in front of me.
