Hey all, hope you all having a good start to the new year!

I've got a question, if you dont mind... :)

I want to tone up my arms and loose my moobs but still keep the belly! Is that possible?

I've included a picture of myself :)

Unfortunately nothing can really make you lose weight in a specific area. Your body decides where you will and won't hold weight, not you. Otherwise I'd be a size 7 with a 50inch rack. :p You will lose weight pretty evenly as you exercise more or eat less. But you can exercise to tone up your arms and eat more calories to make up for fat you might lose throughout your body. You can also tone up your chest which would technically make them bigger but would also help increase the firmness and tighten the skin in that area. It would make them appear more spread out and I think look more like pecs rather than moobs if that is what your going for.
