Hi. I saw a couple of threads similar to this but I didn't want to be a thread highjacker and the links in them weren't of any help to me 
I live in Newfoundland, Canada and its starting to snow and hail now so I need new winter boots for the next...long long time. Til like may..or june. So I need a durable pair of winter boots that are knee high and 20 inches in the calves. My budget is at most 150, I'm just a university student. I do have 18 inch calf boots from torrid that fit but thats only because they are lace upable. I can even tuck jeans in those but yea they are laced so I get an extra 2-3 inches easily. Torrids boots don't have enough grip for the winter conditions here, I might as well put on a pair of stiletto heels and have a go at a bambi impersonation. I can't shop from pretty much any of the american sites because they do not ship here, mostly we get Uk, scandinavia, and german sites that will ship here so if anyone knows anything like that please help, its gonna be a long winter.
