Have searched high and low, but can’t find a specific story (might not be this site but someone here is bound to know).

Themes/Plot: a waitress in a restaurant has a regular client who comes in and frequently doesn’t tip, because of some rule, so they change rules and force him to eat more, and he gets fatter and eats more each time he comes back. Revenge style story. No idea of any character names or words in the title.
