It's got a mid to late 20th century setting and it's about a film director and his "friend", and they fall into like a feeder/feedee dynamic a little bit and also secretly have sex? Also the film director is mean before he gets close with his friend/lover and starts eating more often. Any help would be wonderful, i remember it being a really lovely read
