~BBW, Poetry - an emerging woman shares her voyage of self discovery

[Author's Note: This is poetry that I have written over the last 8 months that encompasses a lie and a revelation ... a loss and an awakening ... . The first two are in a more Asian style (Japanese) of poetry and the last are a bit longer.]

My Songs
by Midori

nakedness
I am a newborn in Your eyes
as naked as creation day
and all I can feel is the coldness
of unrelenting winter in the spring of my birth

on longing
After having tasted
the essence of Your forbidden fruit
how am I now to pretend that I don't
remember the powerful sweetness of
Your intoxication?

Catching her
And He was catching her as she was falling,
tumbling again from the dizzy heights
of lofty dreams and haunted nightmares
having bought more delusions,
than her plump arms could carry
daring to defy,
she had peered over the edge once more.
laden as she was with her pricey bouquet of seductive whispers
the gravity of reality, a sucking siren's call
pulling her over into helpless plummet,
the flowers of her self deception showering into emptiness,
she crashed anew into the safety of His actuality.
her own untrustworthy emotions still
wet in her eyes.

a garden of serenity
i can make You a garden of serenity
hidden deep within the fortress of my heart.
i can move moutains with this love,
give You a view so breathtaking
it makes all forgotten,
but the golden light in my hair
and adoration in palest blue,
the feather touch of chubby fingers
dancing along the marble of chiseled perfection,
the whispers of warm breath before each
lingering taste of salt and tears,
pillowy breasts crushed beneath urgent force
warm wetness eagerly enveloping
Your turgid essence into my soft heat
the musky sweetness of need to please
fragrant and heady in the
straining to fulfill each wanton, dark inclination,
palest porcelain begging for violent
purple delicious decoration grips,
soft pleas of more until You're sated
then singing as the flowers bloom,
i can wash away all the memories of prison
in the tender frenzy of my worship,
and the solice of my voluptuous temple
leaving You only
unconquerable spirit
and me helpless in Your arms.
if You will let me ...

spring
the sun came up this morning
pulling itself up with agonizing slowness
spilling over the steep horizon with brilliant fanfare
to chase away my insinuating companion
shrouded in His mystery
even as He was whispering fears
to chill my heart
bring tears to my eyes.
the dawn burst forth illuminating
tiny shoots of green
pushing up through the snow
and i knew the cold of dark was a lie
it was spring
