Sorry this took a while, but we were putting the finishing touches on what we think will be our best event ever!
Friday, March 19th
12 noon - ? Hotel check in. Bash schedule available at the front desk.
4:30 - 5:30 pm. Meet and greet at the hospitality suite (free admission). This is an informal event that you newbies will want to attend. Get to know your fellow bashers here!
8 pm. - 1 am. Pool Party. The bash OFFICIALLY kicks off with this event! Ladies, bring your bikinis, guys, your thongs, and enjoy the warm water, and the HOT scenery!! (Admission $20)
1 am - ? Hospitality suite with snacks and refreshments, or have a drink or two at the hotel bar.
Saturday, March 20th
8 am to 10 am. - Buffet Breakfast at the hotel restaurant (hotel guests only)
10 am to throughout the day. - Merchandise and service vendors will be in the hospitality suite selling their wares. Everything from clothing, jewelry, accesories, food, nutritional supplements, and even massage is being offered. (List of vendors will be provided in the print version of the bash schedule, available in the hotel lobby)
1 to 2 pm. - Pizza party and luncheon. New Jersey's finest pizza is being served at the bash this weekend, and you're invited! Afterward, prepare to be entertained by the wonderful music from The Maxes, who will be performing an acoustic set of some of their favorite songs.
(Admission $15).
7 to 9 pm. - Dinner. Served buffet style, those who have attended our events in the past know that this dinner is BIGGER THAN BIG! You can't walk away from this one hungry.....Final menu will be announced soon. (Admission $20)
9 pm - 1 am. - The Dance! Tonight, you ARE the star, as you and your friends dance the night away to one of New Jersey's top DJ's! The theme for the dance is "Gone, But Not Forgotten", where you can dress up as a celebrity or famous person who is no longer with us. Costume it up, or come as you are, just make sure you're there! (Admission $20)

Sunday, March 21st
8 am to 10 am. - Buffet Breakfast at the hotel restaurant (hotel guests only)
10 am - 12 noon. - Checkout time. Say goodbye for now to all of your friends in the hotel lobby.
1 pm to 4 pm. - Farewell luncheon. Have you ever seen BIG food? No, REALLY BIG food? If you haven't been to Harold's Deli in Edison (about a 20 minute drive from the hotel), you're going to miss out on the biggest food you've ever seen in your life! Share with a friend, you won't be able to eat it all, we promise! Be sure to take pics, so you can show your friends when you get back.
