    Oh God my ex-brother-in-law used to ask my sister all the time to fry bulls' testicles--Ugh..I used to have to leave the house whenever she made them (rarely).

    We also have another thread on testes---a debate on mowing the lawn....

    Actually, I think those are some sort of chicken dumplings that you found in the pic. Poultry tends to get pretty dry when you grind it and cook it through.
    Personally, I've never had good meatballs that were made with a lean meat. For instance, if you use venison, you almost always have to use the sausage (higher fat) or add in some plain old ground round, ground lamb or pork sausage.

    You always make fun of my handle that's how I know ya really care.:D

    see above... turkey does tend to be higher fat but unless it's the spiced sausage... nah

    Do you know why they call it a guinea pig? Peruvians consider it good eating. I have to admit the presentation lacks a lot to be desired so clicking is not for the faint of heart. It doesn't taste like chicken (yeah I've had it) but it is quite good if someone else is willing to pull it for you.

    I saw that on either Andrew Zimmern or Anthony Bourdain's food travel shows. I'd try it.
    I've eaten worse.
