portable chairs and what is best for a ssbbw on the beach

Hi guys, I have no idea which chair would be more "right" for me. I really don't have money for both. So the idea is I need this chair for the beach mostly, but there are other times "sporting events" and hanging out, out side with friends. So my question is , if anyone knows, what is better;
