They'll find a way to revive him somehow. They always do...

They'll revive the Captain probably (but I'd be surprised if it was soon, I mean they've managed to keep Bucky dead for how long? =P) but Steve is dead :(

Yeah, Sad. Did you read it? They eulogized him before they killed him, and I think the way they killed him was kind of lame. :( Like his co-creator Joe Simon said, "We really need him now." Hopefully, they'll bring him back at some point.

I saw that earlier today. The way the killed him was in really poor taste.

Oh thanks dude, you friggin ruined Civil War for me now... Sides Bucky ain't dead, just has another alias but James Howlette wants to slaughter him, for those who don't know, thats Logan, Weapon X, the runt, Wolverine.

Anyways, some wierd experiment they're gonna do is somehow gonna bring him back to life anyways, I mean, Superman was killed by Doomsday and was brought back. Its only a matter of time before Captain America is ressurected

Sorry if I ruined it, it's been all over the news heh. I've never heard of Bucky being anything but "assumed dead," I mean his body was never found but I've never heard of an alias.

Marvel has stated that Steve Rogers is dead, but that the Captain could rise again someday.

I always loved when unimaginably powerful superheros were killed permanently by ordinary, almost boring means. For example, captain marvel being taken down by cancer, or Cap America being taken down by a sniper bullet. The Cap can single-handedly take on the Third Reich but can still be killed by terrestrial means. It really adds a level of humility to these super-human characters.

Yup, after 60 some years, Bucky got better.

As to Cap, I say he'll be back inside of a year. Marvel is planning a Captain America movie and there's not much point in having the lead character dead in the comics.

Seriously, what was marvel thinking? I understand the need to mix up the status quo a little, but I thought they knew some boundaries too. I have been a big time marvel fan and collector for some time now, but after civil war, I think they went too far. Even in events like avengers disassembled and house of m didn't end as badly as this. The Avengers got back together and most of the important mutants didn't lose their powers. But after civil war, I don't even feel like buying another marvel comic. That's how badly they messed it up.
