Oh that sounds delicious!!! I love all sorts of chicken dishes. Though my specialty is frying up some chicken cutlets. Sometimes I’ll maid them as a parmigiana with homemade sauce and mozzarella/Parmesan cheese. And other times, I’ll just chop the fried cutlets and put them over “white” linguini with olive oil and shredded parm.I know how that is! I get on kicks for certain foods as well. Indian butter chicken lately with rice and garlic naan. I could eat that stuff all day!
