In typical fatty fashion, my favorite holiday is Thanksgiving lol. What's on your menu?

My roommates are fantastic southern cooks. Soooo i'm especially looking forward to Thanksgiving this year haha. My contribution is going to be my gramma's cornbread dressing. It's just not Thanksgiving without her cornbread dressing :) So i'm glad they're letting me make that for the holiday.

i've never eaten it but i like cranberries in general. my roommate is making some but she puts orange juice in it and orange juice kills me, as far as acid reflux. so i am not going to be able to try it

We're going to my BF's sisters house for thanksgiving. They're making the main course, which will be turkey of course. I'm making pumpkin bread and deviled eggs.

@WVMountainrear and I are going to her parent's home and we are contributing desserts. She is making pecan pie brownies and I am making butterscotch bread pudding. Turkey will be served as well as her mom's dressing:)

It's just my husband and I this year. The supermarket had a special on ready to bake Cajun style stuffed boneless chickens. Buy the chicken, get a package of dirty rice dressing free. So we got a collard greens stuffed seasoned chicken, the dirty rice dressing, and will fix green beans with it. For dessert, something different. Pumpkin bread pudding with bourbon praline sauce.

We are doing it all for Thanksgiving. Turkey, pernil, potatoes, sweet potato casserole, green beans, stuffing, rolls, cranberry, and baked beans. Then for appetizers we have cheeseburger egg rolls, deviled eggs, mini shepherds pies, Pigs in a blanket, pinwheels and a cheese board. For dessert there will be 4 pies
And a cake. It is about to be real fat up in here!! I can’t wait!

I forgot...on Black Friday, all the left over turkey will be reincarnated in the form of homemade gumbo. I finally have got a from scratch recipe down and I am looking forward to springing it on the in laws :)

We don't have Thanksgiving in New Zealand. It's too late for me to plan Thanksgiving this year. I'll give it a go next year. I just need to think of some good reason to be thankful for something here. I'm very much into multiculturalism, because every day is a feast day somewhere or other.

Small gathering this year. Just spending it with my parents. We usually do ribs but this year it’s country ham and turkey breast. I brought over two pies that should last them a while, a Dutch Apple, and a French silk pie.
