Here's an excellent article about how the GOP planned for years to rig the 2012 House vote and managed to elect a majority in the House despite loosing the popular vote by 1.4 million.
The article acknowledges that Democrats Gerrymander too but concludes that the GOP does so much more frequently. I particularly liked the articles conclusion:

It so it appear that its liberal (not Tea People) who are the ones that need to take their country back. Lets hope we can.
