    I agree with fake it till you make it. Self care can be a good confidence booster, wearing a new shirt, styling your hair, doing something you enjoy etc. Try and do things that make you feel good. Being more confident in yourself might help you in social situations.

    Vanilla perfume, good fitting bras, short dresses, black liquid eyeliner and big-ish messy hair are things that make me feel pretty in the daytime. But I feel equally good in cute pajamas.

    The only problem with it is its a bit contradictory considering the majority of her fat characters in Harry Potter are mean or stupid or both, the Dursley Dad and Son, and Crabbe and Goyle for example.
