I'm stuck around 260 lbs (18 stone 8 lbs) which is less than I'd hoped for at this stage. I'm over-eating for sure but rarely to the point of feeling too uncomfortable. Also tried various different foods but the following day the scales say the same thing again! I went from about 220 pounds to...- edward53
