    Certainly, the pain meds they give after any surgery as well as what they gave during can have that effect on someone. They do take time to workout of the body. I would check with the doc as suggested. My mom went through the same thing last year..she is 72 and ended up needing GI surgery...

    Im trying to find jeans that fit me but having no luck. Im apple shaped and if they fit in the waist, they are too baggy in the hips and thighs. And vice versa. I am a size 32 in jeans. Any ideas on where i can find some?

    yes it could have made your sugars go up. anything that throws your body out of whack will affect your sugars. infections are a good one to do that..and a nasty gallbladder is just that!!!!!!! :)

    We use wrist monitors where i work (im a nurse) and i have my own which is an Omron. Thats the brand i would buy as they are most reliable. Just make sure your arm is rested on a table, etc. at heart level and you are relaxed and it should work fine!!! Just my two cents worth :)
