    Eat before Sleeping?

    i don't eat loads before i sleep but going to bed with a full belly is very satiating and helps me sleep better. Sugar doesn't give me a rush due to a surgery that i previously had so for me ... it's almost like taking a sleeping pill. i can't eat sweet things during the day or i have to sleep...
