    I tried a new recipe last week with tomatoes! 2 T. melted butter 1 t. minced garlic 1/3 c. parmesan cheese mix all together. Slice cut tomatoes in half. Salt and pepper cut side. Place cut side up on baking sheet. Top each tomato with the cheese mixture. Bake at 400 10-12 minutes...
