Hey you all. So, I know I haven't posted in a while. Chalk that up to work, but I have been lurking! Anyways, I felt some inspiration to post because of the awesome grilled cheese I've just eaten!
I started with some bakery fresh seeded Jewish rye bread. Delicious in its own right. I spread one slice with raspberry jam, and topped it with some American cheese and some hot pepper slices left over from the deli. Fried it in butter and .......Ohhhhhh girl! That was some delicious sweet and spicy goodness going on!
Just wanted to post again to say, I'm not dead. And, try this sweet and spicy grilled cheese! Amazing!
