Not that this wasn't already known, of course. 
But the reason for this post is that my friend's 22 year old cat passed away yesterday. I posted a condolence note on FB for her, and kinkykitten posted a very sweet response for a complete stranger. I don't know if she realizes how much it meant to my friend.
So, yeah, not to be sappy but a nice reminder of how much we can impact other people's lives by even the smallest gestures.
