Bacon and bleu cheese sandwiches are divine. I like my bacon crispy to the point it's almost carbon. The best part of a school trip I went on when I was 14 was the breakfast buffet. Forget the eggs, eveyone ran to grab the bacon. Of course it's full of nitrates but this brand is organic and nitrate free:
