Pursuant to a unplanned trimmer slippage yesterday, I had little choice but to lose the beard. All that could be rescued was the mustache.
After 24 hours of non-stop howls of agonized embarrassment from all the females in the house, it is gone too.
I will cheerfully concede to being a complete fashion philistine but this time I am a bit more lost than usual. How come a beard is so totally attractive and a mustache is so totally unattractive?
