I'm a little surprised no one else yet has posted anything here on Dims about Billy Nungesser, a fat man who has been getting some admiration and notoriety in the news. He is the president of Plaquemines Parish Parish, and has become one of the faces of local authorities endeavoring to defend the Gulf Coast shores against the onslaught of crude oil continuing to gush from the Deep Water Horizon wellhead.
