I'm sure there are a few good recipes out here already but I couldn't figure out how to search for them!
I LOVE to entertain during a breakfast/brunch hour and wondered if anyone had good suggestions. I usually do a coffee cake or two, eggs cooked to order, sausage and bacon, and fresh fruit.
I'm having a friend and her kids over on New Years Day for breakfast and just don't have the energy to do anything huge, so I'm hoping specifically for a really great breakfast casserole but would love to see all of your favorite breakfast ideas/recipes!
