I like 2 types of drink, ones you can set on fire and fruity ones with umbrellas. Combining the two just makes it better. 
So, favorite cocktails anyone? My top 5:
1-Zombie [white rum, golden rum, dark rum, 151 proof rum, apricot brandy, grenadine and pineapple juice]
2-B-52 (flaming shot) [kahlua, baileys, grand marnier]
3-Long Island Iced Tea [vodka, tequila, white rum, triple sec, gin, gomme syrup, lemon juice, coke]
4-Singapore Sling [gin, cherry brandy, cointreau, benedictine, grenadine, bitters, pineapple juice, lemon juice]
5-Moscow Mule [vodka, ginger beer, lime juice]
Any others have a weakness for drinks served in hollowed out pineapples and the like?
