dark circles under my freaking eyes

what is the best product to use for dark circles under eyes? i basically look like a panda after having lots of exams and almost no sleep for the last couple of months...i have vacation now, but they don't seem to disappear! concealer doesen't really help so i need an eye cream. something any of you would recommend for younger skin?
note- i don't really have a price limit since i'm pretty desperate.
