Check out this program, which explores all the ways that fat in the diet is beneficial. The host, Layna Berman, has never been a true size-positive partisan, but her cohost Jeffry has done a number of pieces highly critical of the idea of the "epidemic". In the prologue of this hour, Jeff reports on a recent study indicating that minimally processed meat is very healthy, but that highly processed meats are not so much.
