Sex Offenders No More? Iowa Reconsiders Tough Law on HIV Exposure

While I don't agree with registering as a sex offender, I agree that charges should be brought for things like assault, endangerment, among others if you do not disclose our you partner about your HIV+ or other incurable status. Some places see it as rape, because they consented to protected sex, and go unprotected.

HIV is not a joke. While it's manageable, the person should decide if they want the risk of being infected.

They say with modern viral loads, modern condoms, and medication, it should be zero. I think still the person who may get infected has a say.

What do you guys think?
