Federal Ban on Gay Marriage is Unconstitutional

Not sure if this is the Proposition 8 from California appeal led by Wanda Sykes and similar lesbians and gays, however this is consistent with state-by-state decisions of what is best for them.

I have no problem with the ban ruling being overturned. After all, I will never be gay married.

Thoughts?

I can only wonder why other acts of legislation passed this year are not ruled Unconstitutional. Or perhaps they will be.
