As most of you have probably heard a woman 30 years of age on a company sponsored trip flipped of a sign and looks to be yelling at a sign in Arlington by the unnamed solidear asking for quiet and respect.

Now there are many layers to this story, the first is most obvious there are idiots that post idiotic things on the internet. But looking past that we see that she does have the right to say and take what ever picture she wants. However people have the right to also have there voice heard and the company that sponsored her trip has decided to terminate her because of the backlash.

This to me shows the freedom of America. She had the right to post whatever she liked, however people had the right to tell her off and demand her termination. Her company had the right to terminate her aswell because she obviously breached a term of her employment while on the company sanctioned trip.

Your thoughts?
