Honolulu, HI (I guess all of the Samoans have moved to Chicago--more on that shortly!)

Baltimore (This is #1 and, frankly, I am very surprised)

Houston (they were last year's fattest)

Los Angeles (this surprised me--EvilBob, maybe you know differently!)
