So what we have here is a person who is claiming to ce a CO, this question is asked at MEPS before you enter the military along with a physical to make sure your good to go. If the person says I am against all war they usually will simply out-process the person or move them to a chaplains assistant or something like that. But he had no issue with fighting until June 25, 2013. At that point he said that he objected to all war and didn't want to deploy. What should the Army do? I believe a dishonerable discharge with him paying back any money that he recieved as a bonus.

Anyone want to read the specific army reg governing this go for it.
