We are back at one of our guests most favored locations. It's been a long while since we've been to this property and we are excited to announce we will be partying there again for one of our biggest and most anticipated events of the year... our Halloween Bash! So join us at the Crowne Plaza in Woburn, MA which was formerly the Holiday Inn and join us for an old favorite that is now completely renovated and easily located right off the highway!
For those who need an overnight room (not required to attend), you must book ASAP as this time we have a cut-off date. Once we get to the cut-off we cannot guarantee our reduced room rate and the regular rate will be significantly more. To book, please call the hotel's front desk at 781-935-8760 and ask for the Heavenly Bodies Group Rate (Code: HEB) by October 20th. Our room rate is available for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday night.
Please note that this event is for 21+ only and you will need to show a valid ID at the door before entry. This is absolutely necessary for this location and we want you to know beforehand so you can plan to bring your ID.

8:00pm-?? Early Bird Dinner Gathering & Late Movie - (Varies on order/movie)
Coming in early to get a head start on the fun? Join us for a dinner gathering either in the hotel restaurant or a local restaurant as a group and then head over to the theatre across the street where we will choose a film and reserve a group of seats together. This is a great way to start off the weekend and if you’re new, this is a fantastic way to get to know people before the big event the next evening! If you'd like to attend this event, you do just pay for what you order at the restaurant and/or for your movie ticket. Please note we need to get a headcount, so we ask that you RSVP by emailing Ash at [email protected]. We do this so we can have ample space for everyone that wants to join us.
Saturday - November 2nd
9:00pm-1:00am Halloween Costume & Dance Party - $20
Halloween is one of our most beloved events, and tons of people come out to party with us. Costumes aren't required, but 80% of our attendees (including us!) wear them, so don't be shy! Come as your favorite super villain or go the scary route and dress as a serial killer. Just have fun with it! As always, we ask that you please keep it PG-13, though! All bits must be covered! If you are wearing a sexier costume, please be sure to cover up in the common areas and hallways of hotel until you are at the event.
This will be a VERY busy event, so arrive early for good seating! Last year we had over 350 people in attendance and it gets very crowded quickly. Don't forget your IDs for this evening, all attendees must be over 21 to attend.
Sunday - November 3rd
10:30am-12:00pm Possible Farewell Late Breakfast Buffet & Prize Giveaway - $20
We are still coordinating with the hotel to see if we can make this happen again. So please stay tuned. If you are interested in this event, we need to get a headcount in advance to allocate the proper amount of space, so please let us know by emailing Ash at [email protected] and let her know you are interested in this Breakfast.
