I feel just awful................I had to do it

I had to be just horrible to someone I used to care about because they would not hear me, respect my boundaries, respect my marriage.

I had to end it...........badly. I can't stop hating myself for being so mean. For going to that place I knew would hurt. But I was left no choice. I tried everything else.

I feel like shit.
