Sorry for these deep discussions.

Anyways, admittedly I am addicted to using my phone and obviously it drains my mental health. As an old Gen-Z, yes, I did grew up on the internet. But at least I did other things such as playing outside or repeatedly watching my VHS tapes or DVD's.

I was wondering is it possible to relive your old cycle? On a side note I am considering of getting a dumb phone.
