July 4th Menu

[Big Butt Asshley]

What is everyone having for the 4th? Phil and I LOVE BBQ season so we do it up. Everything is homemade and we always make enough to feeds the masses. This year we are having:

• potato salad (mayo based)
• Italian potato salad (not mayo based)
• cucumber salad
• tomato salad
• pasta salad
• deviled eggs
• baked beans
• chicken
• sausage, peppers and onions
• steaks
• burgers
• hot dogs
• spinach dip (yeah I know not usually something served at a BBQ but Stacy wasn't it and since she's driving all the way from New Hampshire I couldn't say no)
• watermellon
• pound cake and mixed berries, topped with whipped cream!

I'll be sure to take pics of the food and post them this weekend.
