Ingredients

2 1.4oz Lemon instant Jello Pudding
2 8oz containers Coolwhip
2 8oz packages of Philadelphia Cream Cheese (softened)
2 1/4 Cups Flour
2 Cups Confectioner's Sugar
2 Sticks Butter (melted)
3 Cups Milk
1 large package of finely chopped Walnuts
9 x 13" Cake Pan

Crust

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Melt butter in microwave for 1 minute.
In a large bowl, mix flour and butter with a fork.
Pour mixture into cake pan and spread out whole bottom of cake pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes until slightly golden brown.
(Check after 25 minutes)

Take cake pan out of oven and cool on stove top.

First Layer


With Large bowl and mixer,
add softened cream cheese, confectioner's sugar and 2 cups cool whip
blend until very smooth

spread very gently on top of crust with butter knife.

Second Layer

With Large bowl
Mix 2 boxes of Lemon Pudding with 3 Cups of Milk

spread evenly on top of First Layer.

Chill in Refrigerator for 30 minutes.


When you are ready to serve

Spread 8oz container of Coolwhip on top of pudding layer.
sprinkle whole top with finely chopped walnuts

Serve & Enjoy!
